You can do this here, on the web, without installing the app or signing in to it. We will email a code to the address on the account to check it is you.

If you just want a break

You do not have to delete anything. Pausing hides your profile, stops new people seeing you and stops your billing, and everything is still here when you come back. You can choose that on the next screen instead.

Use the address you confirmed on your account. If you never confirmed one, there is no account for us to find.
